Human Resources Director

Prior to coming to Lighthouse Care Center of Conway, Lois Woodall, RN, Ed.D, was the Director of Adult Education for NC Wesleyan University. She has over 15 years of director level experience in human resources within healthcare and academia including holding director level positions at Touro Infirmary Hospital in New Orleans, Hillcrest Health Center and Shawnee Regional Hospitals in Oklahoma. She is a member of the National Society of Human Resources Managers (SHRM).

Lois Woodall worked for Lighthouse Care Center of Conway previously as the Nurse Educator and has returned to Lighthouse after spending seven months working, volunteering and playing in the Bahamas where her husband was assigned with his job.

She holds a Doctorate of Education from NOVA Southeastern University and a Master’s in Human Relations from the University of Oklahoma. Lois is also a registered nurse in South Carolina and has experience as a psychiatric nurse.

Lois enjoys spending time with her family and her five pound dog, Rio.
